About Us

At 4Leaf Kennel, we have taken something which started as a passion for dogs and turned it into a small scale breeding program. We breed our animals to have friendly dispositions and fit in seamlessly as incredible family pets, as well as working farm and sport dogs.

 

I got my start in ISD in 2014 when I got Andi. I competed with him in 4-H as well as AKC and UKC events. Andi had me totally hooked on the breed. From the loving and confident nature, to the goofy and eager to please disposition. I can not imagine life without my Icelandic Sheepdogs.

My dogs are pets first and foremost. They live in the house and are an active part of my everyday. My dogs eat with us, sleep with us, and help us on the farm daily. They are active dogs that thrive with a job.

 

While I enjoy competing in dog sports, and encourage new owners to try them out, I understand they are not for everyone. My goal is to produce dogs that thrive as active pets, that can also do fun events on the weekends.
